(-23) DURING THE APPROACH TO AN ALTERNATE LANDING SITE, THE BALLOON ENCOUNTERED A WIND INCREASE, DOWN DRAFTS AND TURBULENCE. THE BASKET STRUCK THE ROOF OF A HOUSE AND SETTLED DOWN IN THE ADJACENT OPEN AREA. MINOR DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE, BASKET AND ENVELOPE.
