## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) MR. PELLEGRENO LANDED N14843, AT 0830 HOURS, AT KINGSTON, OK, F31 AND WAS MOVING THE AIRCRAFT UNDER ITS' OWN POWER TO THE AIRCRAFT PARKING AREA. THE AIRCRAFT WAS ABOUT 500' FROM THE END OF 36. AT THIS TIME N2632N COLLIDED WITH N14843, WHILE ATTEMPTING TO LAND ON RUNWAY 18. N14843'S PROPELLER STRUCK THE RIGHT HAND WING OF N2632. WEATHER WAS NOT A FACTOR. IT APPEARS THIS OPERATOR WAS JUST IN THE WRONG PLACE AT THE WRONG TIME.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB FTW04LA202](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/FTW04LA202), Aug 1, 2004: Rose Parakeet A-1 (N14843), Kingston, OK, substantial damage. Probable cause: The failure by the other pilot to maintain visual lookout for other aircraft during landing.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
