## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING A VISUAL APPROACH TO RUNWAY 25 AT WATERTOWN, NEW YORK (KART) THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN NORMALLY. HOWEVER, AFTER TOUCHDOWN THE CREW HAD DIFFICULTY DEPLOYING THE GROUND SPOILERS. THE CREWMEMBERS STATED THAT THEY UTILIZED BOTH REVERSE THRUST AND MAXIMUM BRAKING, HOWEVER, WERE UNABLE TO STOP THE AIRCRAFT ON THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK A RUNWAY END IDENTIFIER LIGHT AND CAME TO REST WITH THE MAIN GEAR APPROXIMATELY 3 FEET OFF THE END OF THE PAVEMENT AND THE AIRCRAFT NEAR THE LEFT HAND EDGE (SOUTH SIDE) OF THE RUNWAY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
