## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON AUGUST 6, 2004, AT 0709 CDT, THE PILOT OF A CESSNA 208B, N864SF, EXPERIENCED A FAILURE OF THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRE DURING LANDING ROLL OUT ON RUNWAY 31 AT CENTRAL NEBRASKA REGIONAL AIRPORT. THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RUNWAY AT THE APPROACH END OF RUNWAY 13, STRIKING AN APPROACH LIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS BEING UTILIZED FOR A 14 CFR 135 CARGO OPERATION UNDER AIR CARRIER CERTIFICATE JDWA157F. THE PILOT WAS NOT INJURED AND THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE. THE OPERATIONAL ISSUES OF THIS INVESTIGATION WILL BE TURNED OVER TO AN OPERATIONS INSPECTOR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
