## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT STATED HE DEPARTED SPRINGFIELD OH (SGH) ENROUTE TO DELAWARE OH (DLZ) AND DIVERTED TO LONDON OH (UYF) WHEN HE RAN LOW ON FUEL. DURING APPROACH TO (UYF) LOST BOTH ENGINES AND LANDED APPROX. 1/4 MILE WEST OF THE AIRPORT IN A PLOWED FIELD. NO DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT AND NO INJURIES TO PILOT OR PASSENGERS. AIRCRAFT WILL BE TOWED TO TARMAC WHEN CONDITIONS IMPROVE, VERY MUDDY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
