## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

OBSERVER REPORTED THAT SHE MADE A "HOOK" TURN (STEEP RIGHT TURN WITH HIGH RATE OF DESCENT) AT A VERY LOW ALTITUDE. SHE HIT THE GROUND AT THE SAME TIME AS HER PARACHUTE. HER EMERGENCY CHUTE WAS NOT DEPLOYED. SKYDIVER ^PRIVACY DAT^ WAS USING A "PILOT" BRAND PARACHUTE WITH A 104 SQUARE FOOT CANOPY. SHE WAS A HIGHLY EXPERIENCED MEMBER OF UNITED STATES PARACHUTE ASSOCIATION. SHE WAS NOT JUMPING WITH A GROUP. PARACHUTE INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
