(-23) ON CLIMBOUT THE PILOT REPORTED NUMBER TWO ENGINE RETURNED TO IDLE WITH THE POWER LEVER FULL FORWARD. THE NUMBER TWO PROP WENT INTO AUTOFEATHER. THE ENGINE IN FLIGHT SHUTDOWN PROCEDURE WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND AND A NORMAL LANDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED IN LIBERAL KS. GREAT LAKES AVIATION, LTD. HAS FILED SDR #GLBA20030720.
