## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON SEPTEMBER 17, 2004 AT APPROXIMATELY 1215 HOURS CDT AS MR. LARRY ROBBINS WAS LANDING AIRCRAFT N343AT AT THE ADDISON AIRPORT (ADS) THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO PORPOISE AND THE PROPELLER CONTACTED THE RUNWAY. AFTER LANDING WHILE ACCOMPLISHING THE WALKAROUND THE PILOT NOTED THAT THE PROPELLER TIPS WERE BOTH DAMAGED. ON SEPTEMBER 18, 2004 AT APPROXIMATELY 1115 HOURS CDT, MR. ROBBINS CONTACTED THE ADDISON TOWER AND INFORMED THEM OF THE INCIDENT. THE TOWER (MR. TC MILLER) CONTACTED THE FAA AND PRELIMINARY CONVERSATIONS TOOK PLACE WITH THE FAA, PILOT, AND TOWER PERSONNEL.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
