## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AN AMATEUR-SHOT VIDEO TAPE OF THE ACCIDENT SHOWED AN OVERROTATION OF THE AIRCRAFT DURING THE GROUND ROLL CAUSED A 9-FOOT TAIL-TIEDOWN DRAG MARK WHICH SLOWED THE GROUND ROLL WITH APPROXIMATELY 750 FEET OF GRASS RUNWAY REMAINING. THE PILOT CONTINUED THE TAKEOFF ATTEMPT, VEERED RIGHT WHILE BARELY AIRBORNE AND CLIPPED HIS RIGHT WING ON A PARKED CESSNA 170. A WITNESS WAS ABLE TO TURN OFF THE MASTER SWITCH AND IGNITION. THE PILOT AND THREE PASSENGERS WERE REMOVED FROM THE AIRCRAFT.
