## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AN EMERGENCY LANDING WAS MADE AT THE LAF AIRPORT. THE CABIN LEFT SIDE OUTER WINDOW (PART #330367-49) FAILED DURING FLIGHT. THE WINDOW HIT THE LEFT PROPELLER CAUSING BLADE DAMAGE AND DAMAGE TO THE LEFT WING INBOARD AREA BETWEEN THE FUSELAGE AND NACELLE WING STATION 39 THRU 69. THE DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER REQUIRES A HONEYWELL LEVEL 2, INSPECTION OF THE LEFT ENGINE PER MAINTENANCE MANUAL 72-01-27, TABLE 607. NOTE: WITH THE FAILURE OF THE OUTER WINDOW, THE AIRCRAFT WAS STILL ABLE TO MAINTAIN PRESSURIZATION BECAUSE OF THE INSTALLATION OF A SECONDARY WINDOW. THE AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED TO BYERLY AVIATION LOCATED IN PEORIA, IL, TO BE REPAIRED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
