## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 9/29/04, MR. BLUM WAS FLYING N14AS, A LET-13-13, SAILPLANE, S/N 027061. HE LANDED AT DANSVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (DSV) HITTING A SMALL PARKED TRUCK WITH THE RIGHT WING. THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK THE TRUCK PRIOR TO THE APPROACH END OF THE GRASS RUNWAY. THE PILOT STATED, "THE FLIGHT WAS INFLUENCED BY WIND SHEAR ON THE DOWN WING LEG CAUSING MORE LOSS OF ALTITUDE THEN EXPECTED." THIS INCIDENT IS CONSIDERED CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
