## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON OCTOBER 1, 2004 AT 1450MDT, A BEKING DEUCE (EXPERIMENTAL AIRCRAFT) N712SS REGISTERED TO KENNETH G. HUMPHRES, GROUND LOOPED DURING AN EMERGENCY LANDING WHILE ON A PLEASURE FLIGHT. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME AND A FLIGHT PLAN WAS NOT FILED. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE AND THE CERTIFICATED COMMERCIAL PILOT WAS NOT INJURED. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED AT ESTANCIA, NM (E92) ON OCTOBER 1, 2004 AT 1435MDT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
