## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) LEFT GEAR COLLAPSED UPON BRAKE APPLICATION, AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF RUNWAY 7R ACROSS GRASS AND CAME TO REST ON TAXIWAY "W" 200 FEET LATER. PILOT HAD PLACED GEAR TO THE EXTEND POSITION, AS EVIDENCED BY THE NOSE AND RT MAIN EXTENSION. GEAR HANDLE WAS DOWN AND SUFFICIENT HYDRAULIC FLUID WAS INDICATING ON THE GAUGE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS BEING FLOWN TO DAB FOR DONATION TO ^PRIVACY DATA^ AND WAS IMMEDIATELY CANNIBALIZED; THEREFORE NO AIRWORTHINESS ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
