## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON APPROACH TO RUNWAY 17 AT THE MARION AIRPORT (C17), THE PILOT STARTED TO DRIFT LEFT (EAST) OF THE RUNWAY CENTERLINE. THE PILOT INITIATED A GO AROUND AND MADE A SECOND ATTEMPT TO LAND. ON THE SECOND APPROACH, THE PILOT AGAIN NOTICED THAT HE WAS DRIFTING EAST OF THE RUNWAY CENTERLINE. AT THIS TIME, HE TRIED TO INITIATE ANOTHER GO AROUND. AT THE INSTANT HE APPLIED FULL POWER, HE RAISED THE NOSE OF THE AIRCRAFT AND THE AIRCRAFT STALLED. THE RIGHT WING CAME OVER THE TOP TO APPROXIMATELY 90 DEGREES, AND THEN ENTERED INTO A SPIN TO THE LEFT. THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO REGAIN CONTROL BUT STRUCK THE ROOF OF A ROW OF HANGARS. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED ON IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION AND IMPACTED ANOTHER HANGAR.
