## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ENROUTE TO SDF TO MSP THE #1 ENGINE LOST POWER AT FL350. THE CREW HEARD A LOUD POPPING SOUND AND N1 ROLLED BACK 25-30%. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AT THAT TIME AND THE FLIGHT DIVERTED TO HUF. WHILE DESCENDING THROUGH FL 260 POWER WAS REGAINED. EXAMINATION OF THE ENGINE FOUND THAT IT HAD INGESTED A RIVET FROM THE INLET. A SDR REPORT IS TO BE SUBMITTED BY THE AIR CARRIER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
