## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON OCTOBER 26, 2004, FLIGHT NO. 46 AIRCRAFT N245FX WHILE ENROUTE FROM KDEN TO KICT, THE LOW HYDRULIC PRESSURE WARNING MESSAGE ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT JUST AFTER TAKE OFF FOR BOTH 1 & 2 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. THE CREW DIVERTED TO ICT FOR EMERGENCY LANDING AND PERFORMED AN EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION WITH EMERGENCY BRAKE ACTIVATION ON LANDING. AFTER LANDING THE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM FOAMED THE LEFT WHEELS BECAUSE OF AN APPARENT FIRE, WHERE THE #1 AND 2 MAIN TIRES HAD BLOWN. THE FLIGHT CREW EXITED THE AIRCRAFT WITH IT LEFT ON THE RUNWAY, AND MAINTENANCE TOWED IT OFF AFTER CHANGING THREE WHEELS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
