(-23) PRIVATE PILOT WAS CAUGHT ON TOP OF AN OVERCAST CLOUD LAYER. WITH DIRECTION AND HELP FROM ATC, N7201J WAS VECTORED TO VMC WEATHER UNTIL PIC WAS ABLE TO DESCEND IN AN OPENING IN THE OVERCAST. PIC WAS ABLE TO DESCEND TO A VFR LANDING AT TYLER, TX (TYR).
