- [NTSB LAX05LA040](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/LAX05LA040), Nov 24, 2004: Piper PA-22-160 (N9827D), Prescott, AZ, substantial damage. Probable cause: the pilot's failure to maintain directional control during landing rollout. A contributing factor in the accident was the pilot's unfamiliarity with the airplane.
