## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT, MR. STEVEN MOTT, STATED HE HAD STARTED BOTH ENGINES. THE ENGINES WERE IN IDLE POSITION AND HE HAD SET THE BRAKES. HE HAD THE OVER HEAD LIGHTS ON AND THE RAMP LIGHTS OF MONTGOMERY AVIATION WERE NOT ON. IT WAS VERY DARK OUTSIDE THE AIRCRAFT. MR. MOTT STATED HE WAS SETTING HIS GPS AND THE AIRCRAFT ROLLED FORWARD, AND STRUCK THE RUDDER OF A CESSNA 421 N333CJ OWNED BY CANAAN LAND CHURCH INC., CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE RUDDER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
