## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DA^ WAS DOING A FAST TAXI WHEN HE INADVERTENTLY TOOK OFF, THE AIRCRAFT WENT TO APPROX 50 FEET INTO THE AIR AND STALLED AND IMPACTED THE GROUND. THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DA^ WAS INJURED AND TRANSPORTED TO HOSPITAL WITH FACIAL LACERATIONS, HE WAS RELEASED WITHIN 36 HOURS. THE AIRCRAFT HAS HEAVY DAMAGE TO FUSELAGE, WINGS, SPARS, FIREWALL, NOSEGEAR. NO OPERATIONAL PROBLEMS WERE REPORTED BY THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DA^ AND THE AIRCRAFT CONTROLS HAD CONTINUITY AND THERE WAS FUEL ONBOARD.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
