## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JANUARY 05, 2005, AT 11:55 EDT, A CESSNA CITATION 550, N92JC, REGISTERED TO FIRST WD CO INC, LANDED ON RUNWAY 17 LEFT AT ST. PETE CLEARWATER AIRPORT (PIE). DURING THE FIRST 600 TO 800 FEET AFTER TOUCHDOWN THE RIGHT MAIN AIRCRAFT TIRE BLEW AND SHREDDED APART. THE ACTUAL WEATHER AT PIE WAS VMC. THE AIRCRAFT DID NOT SUSTAIN ANY DAMAGE FROM THE TIRE COMING APART. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED AT ROCKFORD, IL.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
