## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AIRCRAFT LANDED ON WET/SLUSHY RUNWAY LATE AT NIGHT. AIRCRAFT WENT OFF END OF RUNWAY 300 FEET. FIXED BASE OPERATOR WAS CLOSED. LAST RUNWAY REPORT INDICATED RUNWAY WAS WET, BUT NO ICE REPORT. PILOT HAD CONTINUED TO GET UPDATED WEATHER FOR DESTINATION AREA WHILE ENROUTE. AFTER TOUCH DOWN AIRCRAFT BEGAN SLIDING WHILE SLOWING DOWN. PILOT STATED THAT HE THOUGHT AIRCRAFT WOULD STOP PRIOR TO END OF RUNWAY AND HE FELT IT WAS TOO LATE TO GO AROUND. AFTER EXITING THE AIRCRAFT IT WAS FOUND THAT THE RUNWAY WAS WET WITH A MIXTURE OF ICE. NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO AIRCRAFT. NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
