## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT ATTEMPTED A TOUCH-AND-GO LANDING ON RUNWAY 15 AT BLUE CANYON AIRPORT. WINDS WERE 180 DEGREES AT 5 KNOTS. LAST QUARTER OF THE RUNWAY WAS CLEAR FROM SNOW MELT WHILE NORTHERN THREE QUARTERS OF THE RUNWAY WERE STILL COVERED IN SNOW. AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN APPROXIMATELY HALFWAY DOWN THE RUNWAY IN APPROXIMATELY ONE FOOT OF VERY WET SNOW OVER A LAYER OF SLUSH. AIRCRAFT THEN FLIPPED OVER ON ITS BACK AND CAME TO A REST ON APPROXIMATELY THE CENTERLINE OF THE RUNWAY. PILOT WAS NOT INJURED.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
