## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON MARCH 23, 2005, WE RECEIVED A REPORT THAT N597T'S LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED DURING THE LANDING ROLL OUT AT TULSA, OK (RVS). AN AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER REPORTED DURING THE LAST PART OF THE LANDING ROLLOUT, THE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED. THE PILOT REPORTED THE AIRCRAFT LANDING GEAR JUST COLLAPSED. HE TOLD ME HE DID NOT PUT THE GEAR HANDLE UP AT ANY TIME DURING THIS PHASE OF THE LANDING. I FOUND ALL 3 LANDING GEARS STOWED INSIDE THE GEAR WELL WITH THE DOORS CLOSED. THERE WAS DAMAGE TO THE ENDS AND THE OUTER SKIN OF THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL JACKED THE AIRCRAFT UP TO SEE IF THE LANDING GEAR WAS OPERATIONAL. THE LANDING GEAR WAS EXTENDED BY HAND AND IT LOCKED DOWN. I CHECKED THE POSITION OF THE LANDING GEAR AND FLAP HANDLES, THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS IN THE DOWN POSITION AND THE FLAP HANDLE WAS IN THE DOWN POSITION. THE VISUAL GEAR INDICATOR APPEARS TO BE WORKING. THE VISUAL INDICATOR SHOWED THE GEAR WAS UP AFTER THE INCIDENT WITH THE AIRCRAFT SITTING ON THE RUNWAY. WHEN THE GEARS WERE EXTENDED THE VISUAL INDICATOR MOVED TO SHOW THE GEAR WAS DOWN. THERE WAS NO POWER ON THE AIRCRAFT, THE BATTERY HAD BEEN DISCONNECTED AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION AFTER THE INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
