THE NOSE GEAR DOWN AND LOCK LIGHT NEVER CAME ON, THEN LOOKED IN THE MIRROR ON THE ENGINE NACELLE AND IT APPEARED THAT THE NOSE GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED THE PILOT THEN REPLACED THE LIGHT BULB AND THE NOSE DOWN AND LOCK LIGHT NEVER CAME ON. THEN PROCEEDED TO FORT LAUDERDALE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO LAND AND ON ROLL OUT THE NOSEGEAR COLLAPSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
