## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 30, 2005, AT APPROXIMATELY 1830 CST, N9183V, A MOONEY M20E LANDED RNWY 17L AT AUSTIN-BERGSTROM (AUS), TX WITH A KNOWN GEAR AND ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. AFTER LOSING ALL ELECTRICAL POWER, THE PILOT WAS ABLE TO CONTACT THE FLIGHT SERVICE STATION (FSS) WITH HIS CELL PHONE. FSS CONVEYED ATC INSTRUCTIONS FOR LANDING AT THE AUSTIN AIRPORT. SHORTLY AFTER LANDING, THE GEAR FOLDED COMING TO REST ON ITS BELLY. CAUSE OF MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL PROBLEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
