## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 4/23/2005 AT 2330Z A LANCAIR 320 AIRCRAFT WAS MAKING AN APPROACH AT KISSIMMEE AIRPORT KISSIMMEE FLORIDA. THE PILOT SAID THAT HE DID NOT HAVE THREE GREENS INDICATING GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED. THE PILOT REQUESTED A LOW LEVEL PASS FOR VISUAL FROM ATC. ATC REPORTED THAT GEAR APPEARED TO BE DOWN. AIRCRAFT LANDED ON RUNWAY 24-GEAR STAYED DOWN UNTIL THE AIRCRAFT TURNED OFF RUNWAY AND THEN THE LEFT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
