## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AIRCRAFT N356TA OPERATING IN THE TRAFFIC PATTERN AND ATTEMPTING TO LAND ON RUNWAY 02 AT TOCCOA, GEORGIA R.G LETOURNEAU FIELD (KTOC) WITH A FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR ADMINISTERING A FLIGHT REVIEW. ANOTHER AIRCRAFT N9695U ENTERED THE TRAFFIC PATTERN AT KTOC AND ATTEMPTED TO LAND ON RUNWAY 02. THE NOSE WHEEL OF N356TA CAME INTO CONTACT WITH THE VERTICAL STABILIZER OF 9695U ON FINAL APPROACH. BOTH AIRCRAFT INITIATED A GO AROUND AND LANDED AT KTOC.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
