## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING TAXI ON A CONFINED RAMP AREA, THE RIGHT WING TIP STRUCK THE RUDDER OF A PARKED CESSNA 210 (N5129C) CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH AIRCRAFT. THE CAPTAIN WAS UNABLE TO OBSERVE THE RIGHT WING TIP AND RELIED ON THE FIRST OFFICER TO JUDGE THE CLEARANCE. AS THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN ITS LEFT 180 DEGREE TURN TO PARK, THE RIGHT WING TIP ACCELERATED AND THE FIRST OFFICER WAS UNABLE TO ADVISE THE CAPTAIN TO STOP PRIOR TO CONTACT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
