## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JUNE 3, 2005, AT 1040 EDT, A CESSNA CE-560, N302QS, OPERATED BY DXTA ENROUTE FROM MDW TO LWM WITH TWO PASSENGERS AT FL410 DECLARED AN EMERGENCY SOUTHWEST OF BUF DUE TO A DECREASE IN CABIN PRESSURE WHILE ON A 135 ON-DEMAND CHARTER FLIGHT. AN EMERGENCY DESCENT WAS EXECUTED AND THE FLIGHT CREW MANUALLY DEPLOYED THE PASSENGER OXYGEN MASKS. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT BUF WITHOUT INCIDENT. THERE WERE NO INJURIES OR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
