## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JUNE 8, 2005, N411BG, A PIPER PA-42-1000, WITH ^PRIVACY DATA OMIT^ PERFORMING AS PILOT-IN-COMMAND, AND ^PRIVACY DATA OMIT^ PERFORMING AS SECOND-IN-COMMAND, EXPERIENCED A DUAL ENGINE FAILURE AT FL 270 DUE TO FUEL EXHAUSTION WHILE ON AN IFR FLIGHT FROM SEATTLE TO SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA. THE AIRCRAFT HAD 5 PASSENGERS ON BOARD AND WAS ABLE TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY LANDING AT PRESCOTT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT WITHOUT DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
