## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JUNE 9, 2005 A CUSTOM AIR TRANSPORT BOEING 727-2J7 (N128NA), FLIGHT #035 RETURNED SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF DUE TO OIL PRESSURE FILTER BYPASS LIGHT COMING ON TWO MINUTES INTO THE FLIGHT. THE CREW ACCOMPLISHED A PRECAUTIONARY ENGINE SHUT DOWN. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE #1 ENGINE AND FOUND ENGINE GEARBOX OIL DRAIN PLUG MISSING. THE DRAIN PLUG WAS REINSTALLED, THE ENGINE MAIN OIL FILTER WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED AND SERVICED WITH OIL. THE ENGINE OIL PRESSURE INDICATION OPS CHECKED GOOD PER M/M 79-32-00. WITH THIS REPORT INCIDENT ^PRIVACY DATA ^ IS CONSIDERED CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
