## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA^ LANDED ON RUNWAY 24R AT MIC. TOWER REPORTED HE SEEMED TO BE APPROACHING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED FOR A PA-32. PILOT REPORTED HE LANDED AT APPROXIMATELY 115 MPH. THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA^ ALSO STATED HE LANDED A LITTLE FARTHER DOWN THE RUNWAY THAN HE INTENDED. THE AIRCRAFT EXITED THE FAR END OF THE RUNWAY ONTO THE GRASS. THE BOTTOM SIDE OF THE LEFT WING CONTACTED AND BROKE OFF ONE RUNWAY END IDENTIFIER LIGHT CAUSING SLIGHT DAMAGE TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE WING. PILOT TAXIED BACK ONTO PAVED SURFACE AND TAXIED TO THE SHAMROCK FBO.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
