THE AIRCRAFT REACHED THE 100 DEGREE POINT IN THE TURN AT WHICH TIME THE AIRCRAFT STARTED TO DROP. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED THE TURN AND THEN TURNED BACK TO THE RIGHT. ## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB LAX05LA204](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/LAX05LA204), Jun 14, 2005: Bellanca 7GCBC (N8634), Woodfords, CA, substantial damage, 1 fatal. Probable cause: the pilot's failure to maintain an adequate airspeed while turning in strong wind conditions, which resulted in a stall/spin. A factor in the accident was the high density altitude.
