## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT DEPARTED THE LEBANON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT IN NEW HAMPSHIRE ON AN IFR FLIGHT TO NORTH PHILADELPHIA. NORTH PHILADELPHIA ATCT CLEARED N219SC FOR A STRAIGHT IN APPROACH TO RUNWAY 24, SEQUENCING IT BEHIND OTHER TRAFFIC. THE PILOT SELECTED APPROACH FLAPS AND ADVANCED THE PROPELLER RPM ACCORDING TO THE CHECKLIST. HE THEN BECAME DISTRACTED. SEVERAL TRAFFIC ALERTS DIVERTED HIS ATTENTION. HE DID NOT RESUME THE CHECKLIST. AS HE FLARED FOR LANDING HE HEARD THE PROPELLERS STRIKING THE RUNWAY. THE TOWER ADVISED THE LANDING GEAR WAS NOT DOWN. THE PILOT INITIATED A GO-AROUND, LOWERED THE LANDING GEAR AND ACCOMPLISHED A NORMAL LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
