## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JULY 29, 2005 AT 10:15 EDT, A PIPER PA-12 SUPER CRUISER, N3898M, S/N 12-2798, FLIPPED OVER WHILE LANDING AT THE RAY KOLO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY'S PRIVATE GRASS STRIP, LOCATED ON THE HIGHWAY BETWEEN BATH, NY AND HAMMONDSPORT, NY. THE PILOT, THE SOLE OCCUPANT ONBOARD, WAS UNHURT. THE AIRCRAFT HAD DAMAGE TO THE LEFT WING TIP, THE ENGINE MOUNT, THE PROP, THE RIGHT WING STRUT AND THE TOP ANTENNAS. THE "EBC" ELT NEVER ACTIVATED. THIS INCIDENT IS CONSIDERED CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
