As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA ^ PILOTING N795WW LANDED AT BRD. THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED SEVERAL TIMES, ATTEMPTED TO TAKE OFF AGAIN AND EXITED THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY, CROSSED A GRASS DITCH ONTO THE PARKING RAMP AND CAME TO REST IN THE GRASS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PARKING RAMP. THE NOSE WHEEL DEPARTED THE STRUT AS THE AIRCRAFT HIT THE PARKING RAMP; THE NOSE STRUT SNAPPED OFF WHEN THE AIRCRAFT EXITED THE RAMP INTO THE GRASS.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CHI05LA223](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CHI05LA223), Aug 10, 2005: Cirrus Design SR20 (N795WW), Brainerd, MN, substantial damage. Probable cause: The delayed go-around and inadequate flare by the pilot during landing.
