## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DALA 1562, A B-767-332, N118DL, ENROUTE FROM SEA TO ATL DIVERTED TO OMA DUE TO A LOSS OF FUEL FROM THE LEFT WING. AFTER A LOSS OF APPROXIMATELY 5000 LBS OF FUEL, THE AIRCRAFT LANDED IN OMA. CONTRACT MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL DISCOVERED A BOLT MISSING FROM THE FUEL CROSS OVER LINE FROM THE FUEL PUMP TO THE FUEL MANAGEMENT UNIT (FMU) ON THE #1 ENGINE. 4 BOLTS (P/N J644P094, WASHERS AND FLANGE GASKET) WERE REPLACED. SYSTEM LEAK CHECKED AND AIRCRAFT DEPARTED FOR ATL.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
