## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) CITIZEN REPORTED TO THE DENTON, TX POLICE DEPARTMENT THAT A MULTIENGINE AIRPLANE BELIEVED TO BE A BEECHCRAFT KING AIR BE-90 BUZZED PEOPLE AND BOATS AT THE LEWISVILLE LAKE. THE TAIL NUMBER WAS IDENTIFIED AS N3500W. REGISTRATION RECORDS FOR N3500W INDICATE THAT IT IS A PIPER PA-32-260 AND NOT A BEECH KING AIR. THIS OFFICE IS UNABLE TO IDENTIFY THE AIRCRAFT CITED IN THE POLICE REPORT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
