## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT TAXIED TO ACTIVE RUNWAY AND APPLIED FULL POWER FOR TAKEOFF. AIRCRAFT ACCELERATED NORMALLY. AS SOON AS PILOT RAISED NOSE FOR TAKE OFF, HE STATED THAT THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED. THE AIRCRAFT STARTED TO YAW AND THE LEFT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED FOLLOWED BY THE NOSE GEAR. BOTH PROPELLERS CONTACTED THE RUNWAY AS THE AIRCRAFT SLID TO A STOP. INSPECTION INDICATED THAT NEITHER WING TIP WAS DAMAGED AND THE GEAR DOORS RECEIVED SCRATCHES INDICATING THAT THE AIRCRAFT HAD SLID STRAIGHT AHEAD ON ITS BELLY. PILOT STATED THAT THE GEAR LEVER WAS IN THE DOWN POSITION DURING HIS RUNUP.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
