## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) BECKER COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT RECEIVED A REPORT OF A SMALL YELLOW PLANE CLIPPING THE POWER LINE NEAR 47075 STATE HIGHWAY 34, SNELLMAN, MINNESOTA. OFFICER ^PRIVACY DATA^ INVESTIGATED AND INTERVIEWED SEVERAL WITNESSES OF THE INCIDENT WHICH STATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT WAS INTENTIONALLY BUZZING THEIR GATHERING AND HIT THE POWER LINE. ONE UNNAMED SOURCE IDENTIFIED THE PLANE AS ONE BELONGING TO THE PILOT ^PRIVACY D^. DEPUTY ^PRIVA^ PROCEEDED TO THE PILOT'S ^PRIVACY DAT^ RESIDENCE WHICH IS ON A LAKE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS AT THE RESIDENCE AND THE ENGINE WAS WARM FROM OPERATION. PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT WERE TAKEN.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
