(-23) ON NOVEMBER 7, 2005, THIS OFFICE RECEIVED A REPORT OF AN AIRCRAFT, WHICH HAD LANDED GEAR UP, IN GEORGETOWN, TEXAS AIRPORT. WRITTEN STATEMENT PROVIDED BY PIC, STATED THAT HE FAILED TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR, DURING APPROACH PHASE. ONE PASSENGER WAS ON BOARD, NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED.
