## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB LAX06FA031](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/LAX06FA031), Nov 10, 2005: Beech F33A (N9204Q), Geyserville, CA, destroyed, 1 fatal. Probable cause: the pilot's failure to maintain an adequate terrain clearance altitude profile during the descent that resulted in controlled flight into terrain.

## Other reports on N9204Q (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Incident 19900821045589I](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19900821045589I), Aug 21, 1990: Beech F33A (N9204Q), Redding, CA, Minor damage. Landed with gear partially up. Circuit breaker had opened due to gear motor defect.
