## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) REPORT FROM THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY. APPROXIMATELY 5 MILES INTO MUSTIQUE I FELT A SURGE FROM THE RH ENGINE AT WHICH TIME THE AIRCRAFT STARTS YAWING TO THE RIGHT. I PROCEEDED TO FEATHER THE PROPELLER WHICH WAS SUCCESSFUL AT THIS TIME I NOTICED THE ENGINE STOPPED TURNING. I ADVISED MY PASSENGERS OF THE SITUATION IN PREPARATION FOR AN EMERGENCY LANDING. I PROCEEDED AND MADE A SAFE LANDING INTO MUSTIQUE. ON THE GROUND MAINTENANCE WAS ADVISED OF THE INCIDENT. END.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
