## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON NOVEMBER 19, 2005, AT APPROXIMATELY 0950 MST, N201E, EXPERIENCED A GEAR UP LANDING AT EAGLE AIRPORT, ARIZONA. THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMI^ WAS PERFORMING AS THE PILOT APPLICANT FOR A COMMERCIAL PILOT RATING AND AS PILOT-IN-COMMAND. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED WAS THE DESIGNATED PILOT EXAMINER. THE APPLICANT HAD SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED TWO PREVIOUS LANDINGS AND WAS ATTEMPTING A THIRD LANDING WHEN HE FAILED TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO THE CREW.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
