## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE AIRCRAFT WAS A TWO-PLACE TRICYCLE LANDING GEARED WITH A 750SHP TURBOPROPELLER ENGINE WITH A 99-INCH 3-BLADED PROPELLER. THE AIRCRAFT HAD APPLIED WHAT WITNESSES DESCRIBED AS FULL POWER AND THE AIRCRAFT PERFORMED A LEFT TORQUE ROLL, CLIMBED ABOUT 100 FEET AND CRASHED INVERTED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS PRODUCING A LARGE AMOUNT OF POWER BASED ON EVIDENCE AT THE CRASH SITE. NO CONTROL ANOMALIES WERE DISCOVERED IN THE CRASH SITE AND SOME WITNESSES STATED THAT THE CONTROLS ALL APPEARED TO BE ATTEMPTING TO RIGHT THE AIRCRAFT (HARD RIGHT RUDDER WITH FULL AILERON DEFLECTION). BOTH OCCUPANTS WERE EJECTED FROM THE IMPACT AND FATALLY INJURED.
