## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) N82AX, A LR-25-D, BEING OPERATED AS LIFEGUARD FLIGHT LN82AX DEPARTED OMA ENROUTE TO ABQ. FORTY SOUTH OF OMA THE CREW REPORTED AN UNSAFE GEAR WARNING LIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO OMA. THE HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR FLUID WAS LOW, HYDRAULIC FLUID WAS ADDED PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FROM OMAHA. WHEN THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT ABQ, MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE LANDING GEAR AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. THEY FOUND NO INDICATION OF LEAKAGE, NOR DISCREPANCIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
