## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AIRCRAFT WAS ON FLIGHT FROM SALISBURY TO FALLSON. ON FINAL, THE PILOT STATED THAT HE HAD 3 GREEN GEAR LIGHTS. THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN AND WAS GOING STRAIGHT DOWN THE RUNWAY. THE LEFT WING BEGAN TO DROP AND THE AIRCRAFT WENT OFF THE RUNWAY TO THE LEFT AS THE GEAR COLLAPSED. OWNER SHUT EVERYTHING OFF AND DEPARTED THE AIRCRAFT. AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM THE RUNWAY. DAMAGE COULD NOT BE INSPECTED BY FAA THE NEXT DAY AS THE AIRCRAFT WAS SITTING ON A TRACTOR TIRE WHICH COVERED THE DAMAGED AREA. WILL WAIT FOR REPORT FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE PICKING UP AIRCRAFT TO DO THE REPAIRS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
