## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON DECEMBER 14, 2005, A PIPER 60-601P, N1WZ, OPERATED BY A PRIVATE PILOT, DEPARTED JAMESTOWN AIRPORT AND LANDED AT DUNKIRK AIRPORT ON RUNWAY 15. AT THE INTERSECTION OF RUNWAYS 15 AND 6, A SINGLE-ENGINE AIRCRAFT ON RUNWAY 6, N302H, WAS IN MOTION TOWARDS N1WZ ON RUNWAY 15. N1WZ ACCELERATED TO AVOID A COLLISION WITH THE AIRCRAFT, BUT WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. N302H CONTACTED N1WZ ON THE RIGHT WING AND THE AIRCRAFT'S TAIL CONE SECTION. AFTER THE IMPACT, N1WZ TAXIED TO THE RAMP WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. N1WZ AND N302H SUFFERED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO BOTH AIRCRAFT'S RIGHT WINGS AND THE TAIL CONE SECTION ON N1WZ. THERE WERE NO INJURIES.
