(-23) DURING TAKEOFF ROLL THE PLANE STARTED TO SKID TO THE LEFT OF THE RUNWAY. PILOT IMMEDIATELY ABORTED TAKEOFF. THE PLANE CONTINUED TO SKID OFF THE RUNWAY DUE TO HEAVY ICE. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER AND THE LEFT WING.
